Pratibha Sharma has taken on the role of Vice President at Capgemini, bringing extensive experience in digital transformation, customer experience, business strategy and global business leadership.
Pratibha has been with Capgemini since September 2022, most recently serving as Senior Director – Digital Customer Experience. In this role, she led experience-driven services and digital customer experience transformation initiatives. Her elevation to Vice President builds on her work in scaling digital services and driving business outcomes.
Before joining Capgemini, she spent nearly four years at Infosys, where she held roles including Industry Principal and Principal Consultant, leading digital transformation and customer experience initiatives.
Earlier, Pratibha served as Chief Manager – Digital Solutions Group at Aditya Birla Capital, where she helped develop the roadmap for digital sales across agency, broker and bancassurance channels. Her career also includes project and business leadership roles at Tata Interactive Systems and Larsen & Toubro.
