MGM Muthu Hotels Group has appointed Prashant Khullar as its Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), based in Portugal. With over two decades of global HR leadership experience across hospitality, travel, logistics, citizen services, and financial services, Prashant brings a proven track record in building people capabilities and driving organizational transformation.

Before joining MGM Muthu Group, Prashant served as Group CHRO at BLS International, where he led HR operations for over 60,000 employees across 70+ countries, strengthening culture, leadership, and operational excellence. Earlier, as CHRO at Ecom Express, he spearheaded workforce transformation for a 50,000+ strong organization. His leadership journey also includes senior roles at Axis Max Life Insurance, Mahindra Holidays, and Taj Hotels, where he championed people-centric transformation and leadership development.

At MGM Muthu Group, Prashant will play a key role in shaping the company’s global HR vision and fostering a culture of growth and inclusion.
