With over 16 years of leadership experience across renewable energy sectors, Durgesh brings deep expertise in solar, wind, hybrid, and green hydrogen projects, along with strong capabilities in BESS initiatives, power trading, regulatory affairs, and commercial strategy.

Prior to joining Onward Solar Power, he held key roles at Reliance NU Energies, Adani Green Energy Ltd., and JSW Power Trading Company, where he drove major initiatives in business development, regulatory compliance, and corporate liaisoning with SECI, NTPC, MNRE, and other key institutions.
