Peir Lai has joined Wipro as Director / Delivery Executive within its Enterprise Applications Practice, based in Melbourne. In this role, he focuses on the Australian Financial Services sector, particularly Superannuation and Wealth Management, providing delivery oversight to clients, strengthening executive relationships and expanding Wipro’s services footprint while supporting delivery teams through leadership and coaching. He brings extensive experience across technology, financial services, program delivery and enterprise transformation.
Before joining Wipro, he served as Business Portfolio Manager on UniSuper’s Enterprise Delivery Leadership team, overseeing four multi-million-dollar programs covering enterprise resilience, data platforms, technology modernisation and information security. Earlier, he was Program Director / Principal Industry Lead – Financial Services at SAS and Technology Risk Delivery – Program Director at National Australia Bank, where he led a $150 million-plus technology risk portfolio. His expertise spans delivery governance, portfolio management, technology risk, financial services transformation and executive stakeholder engagement.
