Neil Berry Elevated to Director, Principal Software Engineer at Pfizer, where he will contribute to the company’s technology and digital transformation initiatives. He previously served as a Solutions Architect at Pfizer, focusing on CXI & AI and designing and delivering robust technical solutions. Berry brings extensive experience in software engineering, architecture, technical leadership and the development of scalable technology solutions across diverse client environments.
Before joining Pfizer, he was Group Architect at JAKALA, providing technical leadership across multiple client portfolios and driving architectural standards, innovation and knowledge sharing. He also served as Group Architect at FFW and held several progressively senior roles at Proctor + Stevenson, including Head of Engineering, Application Lead, Principal Architect and Senior Web Developer. His career also includes experience as Technical Director & Lead Developer at Burfield Digital Agency. In his new role, he will further strengthen Pfizer’s engineering capabilities and support its technology transformation agenda.
