PayG has appointed Harmeet Sethi as Managing Director, adding the new leadership responsibility to his existing role as Chief Executive Officer of the company.Harmeet brings nearly three decades of experience across fintech, banking, technology, sales and business leadership. He has served as PayG’s CEO since June 2025, after previously working with the company as a Business Advisor.
Before PayG, Harmeet held senior roles across the technology and financial services ecosystem, including Business Sales Advisor at Elite Mindz, Finastra Sales at Wipro, Regional Sales Head – India at Nucleus Software, Vice President – Sales at Celusion Technologies and CEO – Nuspay India & Global Sales Head at Nuspay International.His earlier career includes leadership roles at Encore Theme Technologies, 3i Infotech, Infrasoft Technologies and STG International, following seven years with The Bank of Punjab.
In his expanded role, Harmeet will continue leading PayG’s growth and business objectives while overseeing its broader leadership mandate.
