Nyayanidhi, a technology company building AI-driven litigation operating systems, has secured $2 million in seed funding led by 3one4 Capital, with participation from DeVC, PeerCheque, Force Ventures, and several angel investors including Nishchay Ag, co-founder of Jar.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its network of advocate partners, advance its AI infrastructure, strengthen government collaborations, and scale operations across additional states.
Founded in 2024 by Adithya LHS, Chakshu Masagali, and Pratik Pany, Nyayanidhi leverages AI and automation to make legal documentation, translations, and filings significantly faster and more reliable, claiming up to a tenfold improvement in efficiency. By standardizing workflows and ensuring rigorous quality controls, the platform aims to enhance trust in dispute resolution and deliver greater precision and accountability.
Nyayanidhi’s model combines the expertise of partner advocates, who bring deep legal knowledge and procedural experience; with an oversight layer that ensures consistent, outcome-focused service delivery.
India’s legal landscape presents a massive opportunity, with over 50 million pending cases and 20 million new filings annually. Nyayanidhi says it is already gaining strong traction through pilots in High Courts, enterprise partnerships, and multilingual drafting solutions, having processed thousands of litigation cases across diverse legal environments.
