Preeta M. has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Avistos, where she will oversee the company’s people strategy with a strong focus on talent development, organizational culture, and employee engagement. With over 17 years of experience in human resources and business transformation, she brings deep expertise in aligning HR initiatives with business priorities and creating inclusive, high-performing workplaces.

In her new role, Preeta will strengthen Avistos’s talent management frameworks, enhance leadership capabilities, and drive people-centric programs that foster innovation, collaboration, and long-term organizational growth.

Before joining Avistos, she served as Head of People Success (HR) at Narayana One Health, leading critical initiatives across talent development, performance management, and organizational transformation. Her career also spans impactful roles at Tata Consulting Engineers, Amazon, Tata Communications, and Infosys, where she began her journey as a software engineer.

With extensive experience in global HR transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and scalable people practices, Preeta’s appointment represents a strategic step in Avistos’s vision to build a future-ready, people-first organization.
