Preeti Gupta has been appointed Chief Business Officer at Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited, marking a significant milestone in her distinguished two-decade career across fashion, retail, and brand transformation. Based in Bengaluru, she will drive strategic growth and business expansion across digital and physical retail channels, strengthening the company’s presence across both luxury and mass-market segments.

Known for building and scaling high-impact consumer brands, Preeti brings expertise in P&L leadership, brand strategy, operational excellence, and digital retail transformation. Her leadership will be central to shaping the next phase of Aditya Birla’s lifestyle and fashion portfolio.

Before this, Preeti served as Chief Business Officer – Owned Brands at NykaaFashion, where she built and scaled Nykd by Nykaa from inception to ₹200 Cr ARR with profitability in four years. She has also held leadership roles at Enamor – a Modenik Lifestyle Brand, Tommy Hilfiger, Reliance Retail, and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail.
