Riddhi Adlakha has taken on a new leadership role at Nestlé as the Region Head – Marketing, Sales, and Ecommerce IT for Asia, Oceania, and Africa. With over two decades of experience in digital transformation, marketing strategy, and technology-driven innovation, Riddhi brings deep expertise in leading global-scale initiatives that bridge business and technology.
Prior to Nestlé, she held key leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), including Managing Partner – Digital, Global Head of Digital Marketing, and Head of Retail Strategic Initiatives, where she successfully drove strategic digital marketing programs across global markets. Her earlier roles at Accenture, Blueocean Market Intelligence, Respondez, and Aptech further strengthened her strategic and operational leadership capabilities.
At Nestlé, Riddhi will focus on advancing the company’s marketing, sales, and ecommerce IT ecosystem, enabling innovation and digital growth across regions.
