Ahmed Mazhari, former President of Microsoft Asia, has announced the launch of his new venture, kAlgentic, where he takes on the role of Founder & CEO. The company aims to build the intelligence layer for enterprise reinvention; a space where AI, knowledge, and human intent converge to transform how organizations think, learn, and execute in real time.

kAlgentic’s mission is to create software tools that bring AI directly to users, enabling them to drive measurable impact and unlock purpose-driven performance.

Beyond his entrepreneurial venture, Mazhari serves on the board of WWF Singapore, is a director at MindForward Alliance (advancing workplace mental health), and is a member of Singapore’s Future Economy Advisory Panel under the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

With over three decades of leadership across Microsoft, GE, and Genpact, Mazhari continues to champion responsible AI, inclusive growth, and sustainable innovation.
