Anupam Sirbhaiya has been elevated to the position of Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Bajaj Finserv, marking a significant milestone in his illustrious 30-year career. In his new role, he will spearhead the Group’s HR strategy, focusing on strengthening organizational culture, leadership development, and talent management across its diverse businesses.

Since joining Bajaj Finserv in 2016, Anupam has played a key role in shaping its people strategy, previously serving as Chief of Human Resources and Administration at Bajaj Finance and Head of the Group Learning Academy, where he drove initiatives that fostered a high-performance and learning-oriented culture.

Prior to Bajaj Finserv, Anupam held leadership roles at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Tata Management Training Centre (TMTC), and Wipro Limited, and also founded The Alchemist Consulting Pvt. Ltd. An XLRI Jamshedpur alumnus, he is widely respected for his strategic vision and commitment to building purpose-driven organizations.
