In this role, she will lead customer success initiatives across India, focusing on enhancing client value, strengthening retention, and delivering measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.

Nehaa brings extensive experience across SaaS, travel technology, and digital platforms, with a strong track record in scaling customer-centric growth. Most recently, she served as Assistant Vice President at Netcore, managing a ₹30 crore portfolio and achieving 110% net revenue retention through data-driven engagement strategies.

Her career also includes leadership roles at Monster, dnata (Emirates Group), and FirstHive, where she built expertise in customer lifecycle management, account expansion, and cross-functional alignment. Nehaa is expected to further strengthen Naukri’s customer-first approach and drive long-term business impact.
