Industry Veteran Sarita Tripathi has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for the Engineering Business at Raymond Limited. In this role, she will lead the people strategy and human capital agenda across key sectors including Aerospace and Precision Engineering. Her mandate focuses on strengthening organizational capability, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning HR frameworks with Raymond’s expanding engineering and industrial growth strategy.

Sarita brings over 26 years of cross-industry experience spanning manufacturing, telecom, financial services, and automotive. She most recently served as CHRO and President at Finolex Industries Ltd, where she led HR operations for a workforce of over 5,000 employees within a multi-crore enterprise. She has also held senior leadership positions at Capgemini, Vodafone Idea Limited, and Tata Motors, driving large-scale transformation, M&A integration, and global compensation strategies.

With deep expertise in organizational development and strategic workforce planning, Sarita is set to strengthen Raymond’s engineering HR capabilities.
