Visionary Leader Neeraja Polisetty has joined Coforge as Vice President - Human Resources, bringing over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership, talent development, global HR operations and organisational transformation.
Before joining Coforge, Neeraja served as Chief Human Resources Officer at ArcelorMittal Global Business & Technologies, where she led people strategy, leadership development and transformation initiatives for its global capability centre. Her responsibilities included strengthening organisational capabilities and aligning HR priorities with business objectives.
Earlier, she held the position of Head of HR at Cyient DLM Limited and spent more than a decade at Cyient, taking on senior responsibilities across its Global Delivery Organisation and North American operations. She began her career journey in HR leadership with Wipro, where she worked as an HR Manager.
Across these roles, Neeraja has developed extensive expertise in HR business partnering, workforce development, leadership effectiveness and managing people operations across diverse geographies.
Her appointment adds experienced HR leadership to Coforge as organisations continue to prioritise talent strategy, workforce capabilities and people-led business transformation.
