Navya Joseph has joined KPMG India as Director, Strategy and Insights (Digital Solutions), taking on a leadership role focused on strategy, analytics and digital transformation.
With more than 13 years of exemplary experience, Navya brings expertise across business analysis, general management, supply chain management, data analytics and strategic problem-solving. In her new role, she will work on developing actionable insights and digital solutions that support informed decision-making and address complex business challenges.
Before joining KPMG India, Navya spent more than four years with PwC, where she progressed from Associate Director to Director, leading strategic initiatives and client engagements. She also brings over five years of experience with EY, where she held consulting and managerial roles.
Her career reflects experience across consulting, strategy and business transformation, with a focus on helping organisations improve operational efficiency and achieve measurable outcomes through digital capabilities.
