Reckitt has appointed Charlotte Sebbah as head of HR – Middle East, where she will lead the company’s people strategy and HR agenda across the region.
Charlotte joins Reckitt after an extensive career at Procter & Gamble, most recently serving as senior HR manager – employee relations and stewardship for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. In this role, she led HR policy management, employee relations, investigations, governance and HR stewardship across multiple markets.
Earlier, she held HR leadership roles spanning site HR, finance HR, talent management, succession planning and employee relations, along with experience as an HR business partner and talent acquisition leader for France-Benelux. Her career also includes roles at Amorino, Saint-Gobain and Deloitte France.
Charlotte’s international HR experience across multiple markets is expected to strengthen Reckitt’s people and organisational capabilities in the Middle East.
