Dr. Nivedita Debnath has been elevated to Senior Director - Global Talent Management & Learning at Avery Dennison, taking on a broader leadership mandate focused on talent development, learning and organisational effectiveness.
Dr. Nivedita brings extensive experience across global talent management, learning and development, leadership development, organisational effectiveness and change management. During more than 15 years with Avery Dennison, she has progressed through several leadership roles spanning South Asia, Asia Pacific, Sub-Saharan Africa and global talent and organisational development.
Her earlier career includes experience with IBM, Sri Ram Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources, and IILM, building a strong foundation across consulting, HR and academia.
In her new role, Dr. Nivedita will contribute to shaping global talent strategies, strengthening leadership capabilities and advancing learning initiatives across Avery Dennison’s workforce.
