Naman Jain elevated to Director at upGrad, bringing extensive experience across taxation, M&A and business strategy

Naman brings extensive experience in taxation, financial strategy and corporate advisory. Before his promotion, he served as Associate Director at upGrad from December 2024 to September 2026. Prior to joining upGrad, he spent nearly three years at Zepto, where he held leadership roles including Associate Director, Senior Manager and Manager.

He began his professional career at Price Waterhouse & Co. LLP as an Associate and previously completed his articleship at GMJ & Co. A Chartered Accountant and lawyer, Naman brings a strong combination of financial, legal and strategic expertise to his role.
