Maxwell Gonsalves Takes Charge as Regional Head – CCaaS & CX Solutions at Vion-Consulting Leadership

Maxwell Gonsalves has been appointed Regional Head – CCaaS & CX Solutions at Vion-Consulting, where he will lead initiatives aimed at transforming enterprise customer experience and contact center operations through AI-driven technologies.

In this role, Maxwell will focus on helping organizations adopt advanced customer experience (CX) solutions, including Agentic AI, IVR bots, chatbots, and email automation. His work will support enterprises across industries such as BFSI, NBFC, FinTech, airlines, travel, BPO, and healthcare, enabling more intelligent and scalable customer engagement strategies. He also continues to serve as Co-Partner at XJ Technology, advising organizations on IT infrastructure, endpoints, and AV/VC solutions.

Prior to joining Vion-Consulting, he served as Sales Lead – CX Solutions at Zonka Feedback and Regional Sales Manager (AVP) at Mihup.ai, where he focused on AI-powered contact center technologies. His career also includes leadership roles at Jabra Connect and CDP India Pvt. Ltd., along with earlier professional experience at Scalability Experts Inc., Knight Frank India, JPMorgan Chase, and Kotak Neo.
