Jennifer Padilla-Lewis has been elevated to Vice President, Education Services at Coupa, following her tenure as Senior Director, Learning Products, GTM Strategy, Innovation & Credentialing. She joined Coupa in 2025, where she led the strategy and execution of innovative learning solutions, GTM transformation and AI-enabled workforce initiatives. Before Coupa, she spent more than 11 years at Infor, progressing through senior leadership roles across learning, education and innovation.
She brings extensive expertise in learning strategy, customer education, product enablement, GTM transformation and AI-powered learning solutions. At Infor, she led a global portfolio covering more than 175 solutions, developed prescriptive learning paths and launched innovation initiatives focused on design thinking, self-directed learning and enterprise enablement. Earlier, she built customer education capabilities at Talent Science and developed training programs for HR technology solutions. At Coupa, her new mandate will focus on advancing Education Services, strengthening customer and partner enablement, and scaling innovative learning experiences aligned with business growth.
