Debbie Franco, CP has been appointed as Director, Assistant Corporate Secretary at Pacific Life, effective September 2026. She brings extensive experience across corporate governance, board administration, executive operations, communications and financial-services leadership. Prior to joining Pacific Life, she served in Corporate Administration at Icon Business Bank, partnering with executive leadership and General Counsel on governance planning, Board administration, shareholder relations, regulatory coordination and executive communications.
She has also held senior governance and communications roles at Bank of Southern California and First Choice Bank in California, where she supported successful Nasdaq uplistings and led corporate governance, stakeholder communications and regulatory initiatives. Her expertise spans Board Relations, corporate administration, strategic communications, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. At Pacific Life, she will bring this broad governance and corporate leadership experience to the Assistant Corporate Secretary function while supporting effective Board and corporate administration.
