His mandate will include driving innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation across the organization.

Vivek’s extensive experience across FMCG and consumer electronics positions him well to lead Luminous through this transformation journey.

With over 25 years of leadership experience, Vivek brings deep expertise in business strategy, sales leadership, and large-scale operational execution. Prior to joining Luminous, he served as Business Head – Consumer Business (ASF) at Pidilite Industries Limited, where he played a key role in driving business growth and strengthening market leadership.

Earlier in his career, Vivek held senior leadership roles at ITC Limited and The Cadbury Schweppes Bottling Group, including stints as National Sales Manager and Production Manager, building a strong track record across strategy, sales excellence, and operations.
