The Convergence Foundation has announced the appointment of Vikram Bhalla as its Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership transition as the organization strengthens its impact in the social sector.

Vikram brings over 30 years of distinguished experience from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he played a key role in advising organizations across industries on strategy and transformation. A long-standing member of The Convergence Foundation’s Advisory Board, he has also contributed to several partner organizations and has been an active supporter of the foundation’s mission.

In his new role, Vikram will work closely with Founder Ashish Dhawan to drive overall strategy, enhance key program areas, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
