Sammeer Kulkarni has joined Bajaj Life Insurance as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), bringing over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT governance, risk management, and enterprise technology leadership.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Information Security Officer at Zurich Kotak General Insurance. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles including Vice President – Information Security at BNP Paribas, DVP – Information Security at IndusInd Bank, and Group Head – Information Security & IT Projects at IndiaFirst Life Insurance. His career also includes leadership positions at Polaris Software Lab, Bharti AXA Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Centurion Bank of Punjab, IL&FS, and SMC System Integrators.
At Bajaj Life Insurance, Sammeer will lead the company's cybersecurity strategy, strengthen cyber resilience, enhance governance frameworks, and safeguard digital transformation initiatives.
