Saaurabh R Pradhaan has been appointed Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer at Finfinity, bringing over 27 years of cross-industry leadership spanning banking, fintech, automotive, and digital commerce. In this role, he will steer operational strategy, strengthen digital capabilities, and accelerate scalable growth as the company deepens its presence in the evolving financial services landscape.

Saaurabh joins Finfinity from YES BANK, where he led Spectrum Banking, Debit Cards & ATM, and drove Sales & Operations for the Pre-Owned Vehicles B2C platform. He previously held leadership roles at CarTrade.com, managing retail assets, auto loans, and depository services, and began his career at HDFC Bank, building strong expertise in retail banking and financial products.
