Chinmay Sharma has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Diageo India, marking a significant leadership addition as the company advances its people and culture transformation agenda. His appointment comes at a time when organizations across the consumer and FMCG sectors are prioritizing talent strategy, workforce agility, and culture-led performance to drive sustainable growth.

Sharma brings an accomplished leadership track record across multinational corporations, including GSK, Philip Morris International, and Procter & Gamble. Over the years, he has led large-scale HR transformations, talent development frameworks, and organizational restructuring initiatives across complex, unionised, and publicly listed environments.

An alumnus of Cornell University and Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development, Sharma combines strong academic grounding with global executive exposure.
