IDFC FIRST Bank has announced the appointment of Shreepad Shende as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), succeeding TV Narayan. With a proven track record in marketing, strategy, and customer engagement, Shende will now lead the bank’s efforts in branding, communications, and strengthening customer relationships.
Shende has been associated with IDFC FIRST Bank for over seven years, beginning his journey in September 2019 as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. He later took on expanded responsibilities as Head of Business Excellence and Corporate Strategy, where he played a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and enhancing operational effectiveness.
Before joining IDFC FIRST Bank, Shende built an impressive career with leadership roles at Nokia and a 12-year tenure at ICICI Bank in senior marketing positions. His earlier professional journey also includes key assignments at Tata AIG Life Insurance and HDFC Bank, giving him rich cross-industry experience in financial services and consumer marketing.
With this elevation, IDFC FIRST Bank looks to further strengthen its market presence and deepen customer engagement under Shende’s leadership.
