With over 22 years of experience in Strategic HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Industrial Relations across sectors such as manufacturing, steel, mining, R&D, and FMCG, Pratap brings a holistic understanding of people and performance management. An alumnus of IIM Indore and IIM Raipur, he is known for his ability to align business goals with innovative HR solutions that drive engagement, growth, and operational efficiency.
