EY has appointed Shankara Narasimha as Director, strengthening its leadership in business consulting and service delivery.
Based in Bengaluru, Shankara brings over 22 years of professional experience, including more than 17 years at Accenture, where he served as Assistant Operations Manager. His experience spans operations management, service delivery and business process execution.
He joined EY in September 2021 as Service Delivery Manager within EY LLP’s Business Consulting PI practice. Over the years, he progressed into senior leadership, serving as Senior Manager from October 2023 before taking on the Director role in October 2026.
His career progression reflects extensive experience in managing service delivery and supporting consulting operations. In his new role, he is expected to contribute to EY’s business consulting activities, operational effectiveness and client service delivery.
The appointment highlights EY’s continued focus on strengthening its consulting leadership and delivery capabilities.
