Dell Technologies unveiled its “AI India Blueprint” on February 20 at the India AI Impact Summit 2026, presenting a national framework to accelerate artificial intelligence adoption across India’s Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI). The blueprint aligns with the IndiaAI Mission and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, reinforcing a policy-backed, sovereign AI strategy.

The framework prioritizes sovereign compute capabilities, energy-linked and sustainable data centre expansion, AI-ready workforce development, and robust governance standards. It emphasizes building secure, scalable infrastructure that supports both public sector transformation and private enterprise innovation.
