In this strategic leadership role, he is responsible for driving global talent strategies and scaling the workforce for the AI-powered fintech leader, which specializes in automating the Office of the CFO.

Abhinav brings extensive expertise in high-growth recruitment across the SaaS and technology sectors. Prior to joining HighRadius, he served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Icertix and held the position of Associate Director & Head of Talent Acquisition (APAC) at EagleView. His leadership has been instrumental in building multi-regional teams and implementing advanced HR technology frameworks.

His distinguished professional journey also includes founding Uncap Research Labs and holding key leadership roles at Expedia Group and Sears Holdings Corporation. With foundational experience from Mindtree and Avaya, his expertise in strategic sourcing and organizational design reinforces HighRadius’s commitment to talent excellence.
