Saada brings more than 25 years of experience across HR, people strategy, talent, culture and organizational transformation. Before returning to Colgate-Palmolive, she served as Country Head, People & Organisation at Novartis Australia & New Zealand. Earlier, she held multiple leadership roles at Comvita Limited. During her previous 10+ years at Colgate-Palmolive, she served as HR Director, Hill’s Europe, alongside HR leadership roles supporting U.S. Marketing and Colgate-Palmolive New Zealand. She has also worked with HP, Euroclear, The Warehouse Group and ANZ.
Her Asia-Pacific, European and U.S. experience is expected to strengthen Colgate-Palmolive’s regional people strategy and support its workforce and business priorities.
