Shyam brings 17 years of experience at CitiusTech and has played a key role in building and scaling the company’s Payer and Platforms businesses. As Chief Business Officer, he helped develop these businesses into strong franchises, bringing extensive knowledge of CitiusTech’s clients, people and healthcare technology ecosystem. As one of the company’s early founding employees, he also brings deep institutional experience.
His expanded mandate is expected to support CitiusTech’s business momentum and strategic priorities as the healthcare industry increasingly adopts AI. He will help drive the company’s broader growth while supporting its focus across the Engineering, Intelligence and Agentic layers.
