Cipla has appointed Shivam Puri as Chief Executive Officer of its One India Business, effective July 1, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE.

Shivam currently serves as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Cipla Health Limited, Cipla’s wholly owned consumer healthcare subsidiary. Since taking charge in 2019, he has led the rapid growth and transformation of the business, significantly expanding its portfolio across key wellness and consumer healthcare categories, including smoking cessation, pain management, cough and cold care, skincare, haircare, and nutrition.

Under his leadership, Cipla Health has evolved from a startup-style venture into one of India’s leading fast-moving wellness goods companies, strengthening its market presence and consumer reach over the past seven years.

With more than 23 years of leadership experience spanning the FMCG and healthcare sectors, Puri brings deep commercial expertise, strong consumer insights, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Before joining Cipla Health, he held senior leadership positions at Hindustan Unilever, Jubilant FoodWorks, and ITC, building extensive experience across some of India’s most recognized consumer brands.
