A seasoned Human Resources and Talent Acquisition leader with over 14 years of experience, Sonam has built a strong track record across talent acquisition, talent management, executive search, HR business partnering, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, and workforce planning.

Over the past four years at Michael Page, she has played a key role in strengthening talent acquisition capabilities, driving recruitment excellence, and supporting business growth across India. 

Prior to Michael Page, Sonam spent more than eight years with Experion Developers and earlier worked with EY, gaining valuable experience across recruitment, talent management, and HR operations.
