Visionary Leader Catherine Isaac has been appointed Human Capital Director at G42, where she will lead human capital strategy and organizational development initiatives. Her role will focus on strengthening workforce capabilities and aligning talent strategy with the company’s innovation-led growth in AI and cloud computing.

Catherine brings significant HR leadership experience across the Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining G42, she served as Regional Human Resources Director at Bridgestone EMEA, driving regional HR strategy and transformation programs. Her earlier roles include leadership positions at MENA Assistance, Madi International, and Marriott International, where she developed deep expertise in organizational design, talent management, and workforce transformation.

With a proven track record in HR strategy and regional leadership, Isaac is expected to play a key role in enabling G42’s next phase of growth.
