Visionary Leader Bhavna Batra has taken on an expanded role as Head of People – India Region at S&P Global, in addition to her existing mandate as Global Head of People – Enterprise Data Organization. The move underscores the company’s strategic emphasis on strengthening regional talent frameworks while aligning global enterprise priorities.

Bhavna brings extensive leadership experience across consulting and corporate HR environments. Within S&P Global, she has been instrumental in driving enterprise-wide people strategy, organization design, and transformation initiatives. Prior to this, she held senior roles at PwC India, Genpact, SHL, and Right Management, leading mergers integration, workforce transformation, and large-scale capability development programs.

In her expanded mandate, Bhavna will steer the India people agenda while continuing to support global enterprise data teams, reinforcing S&P Global’s commitment to scalable, high-impact talent leadership.
