Arijit Das has stepped into the role of HR Head – Russia at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, strengthening the company’s people leadership across a strategically significant international market.

Arijit brings extensive global and regional HR experience, having led people strategy initiatives across APAC and Emerging Markets within Dr. Reddy’s. His leadership portfolio spans talent transformation, organizational capability building, and workforce strategy across complex commercial geographies and specialty business clusters.

Prior to this, he held senior HR roles at Mondelēz International and Cipla, driving large-scale talent frameworks and performance-led culture initiatives. His early career foundation at Aditya Birla Group further shaped his structured approach to leadership development and enterprise HR governance.

In his new mandate, Das will lead the people agenda in Russia, aligning workforce strategy with business expansion objectives and strengthening organizational resilience in an evolving global pharmaceutical landscape.
