Visionary Leader Leena Jaisingh has assumed the role of Director – Specialty Business (Sales and Marketing Head) at Eli Lilly and Company, strengthening the organization’s commercial leadership across specialty care portfolios.

In her expanded mandate, Leena will lead strategic sales and marketing initiatives across key therapeutic segments, supporting Eli Lilly’s innovation-driven focus in oncology, neurology, and dermatology. She previously held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Sales Director – CardioMetabolic Health, Ethics and Compliance Officer, and Associate Director – Bio-Medicines, contributing to enterprise growth, compliance excellence, and brand expansion.

Prior to her tenure at Eli Lilly, she held senior commercial and brand leadership roles at Pfizer, Eisai Pharmaceuticals India, and Novartis, building expertise in specialty marketing, portfolio strategy, and market development.
