Prashant transitions into this role with prior leadership experience at Fresenius Kabi, where he contributed to healthcare operations, process optimization, and large-scale transformation initiatives within highly regulated pharmaceutical environments. His expertise spans digital enablement, compliance-aligned program execution, and cross-functional systems integration—critical capabilities for global transformation mandates.
