Bharti Airtel has elevated Neha S. to the role of Executive Vice President & Head of HR, Airtel Business, marking a significant milestone in the company’s focus on people-centric transformation. With a 17-year career entirely nurtured within the Bharti ecosystem, Neha brings deep expertise in organization design, capability building, leadership development, DEI, and large-scale HR operations.

Her professional journey from Management Trainee to senior HR leader, spans impactful roles across airtel Money, M-Entertainment, Marketing, and several emerging business units, strengthened by her early exposure at IBM UK. Before taking on this mandate, Neha led key people transformation programs across Market Operations, overseeing a workforce of over 70,000 on-roll and off-roll employees.

Neha also served as Vice President & Corporate Head HR at Bharti Enterprises, collaborating closely with the Chairman and Group Directors across sectors like telecom, insurance, FMCG, real estate, QSR, and philanthropy. Her strategic clarity, cultural influence, and capability-building vision position her as a pivotal force in shaping Airtel’s future-ready workforce.
