With over three decades of consulting experience, Shah serves as MD & Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he has advised top financial institutions and diversified enterprises across Asia, especially India. His addition reinforces Equirus’ commitment to institutional excellence and long-term strategic clarity.

With more than 25 years at BCG, Shah previously led BCG India for six years and currently heads the firm’s CEO Advisory Practice and BCG Marketing across APAC. His expertise covers financial services strategy, digital transformation, portfolio restructuring, and large-scale business effectiveness programs. Prior to BCG, his consulting tenure at Booz Allen Hamilton further strengthened his strategic capabilities.
