Bajaj Housing Finance Limited has appointed Karan Goda as Business Head, Commercial Real Estate, where he will lead the company’s commercial real estate business, including LRD, construction finance, structured debt and loan against property.
Karan brings more than 10 years of experience across commercial real estate financing, sales and business development. He has spent over eight years with Bajaj Housing Finance, progressing through leadership roles including Regional Head, Zonal Head and Divisional Head.
Before taking on his current mandate, Karan served as Divisional Head, Commercial Real Estate, where he handled portfolios across commercial real estate, LRD, construction finance, structured debt and LAP. Earlier, as Zonal Head, he managed commercial LRD, warehouse LRD and commercial construction finance products across West India.
He began his career with Bajaj Finserv, holding sales leadership roles covering Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad.
