Citi has appointed Senthil R. as Senior Vice President and Site Lead, Hospitality Controls & Operational Integrity, Global Hospitality Services, North America. In his new role, he will oversee hospitality controls, operational integrity and workplace service delivery across Citi’s North American operations.
Senthil brings extensive experience across hospitality, corporate services, food services and multi-site operations. Before joining Citi, he served as Vice President, Corporate Services at BNY, where he led corporate services across multiple North American locations, covering dining, hospitality, conferencing and fitness centre operations.
Earlier, he held leadership roles at Sodexo, Elior North America and Compass Group USA. His career also includes extensive experience as a hospitality consultant and restaurant operator, with leadership assignments at Tanjore Inc., ARAMARK, Taj Hotels and Pizza Corner.
His broad experience across hospitality operations, service standards, vendor management and workplace services will support Citi’s focus on operational excellence and employee experience.
