Azaz Ahmed Shaikh has been designated as President – Overall Corporate Business and West, Central & North Regions at Medi Assist, reinforcing the company's leadership across India's corporate healthcare and insurance ecosystem.
With over two decades of experience, Azaz brings deep expertise in enterprise sales, corporate healthcare, insurance, strategic partnerships, business development, and multi-regional commercial leadership. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven business expansion, strengthened client relationships, and built scalable growth strategies across the healthcare benefits and TPA sector.
Prior to joining Medi Assist, he held senior leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare, where he led enterprise healthcare solutions and strategic business development initiatives. Earlier, he served at Cholamandalam MS General Insurance, contributing to corporate distribution, key account management, and commercial business growth.
