Mondelēz International has appointed Ayman Fahmy as Managing Director for West Africa, reinforcing its leadership team as the company continues to strengthen its presence across the region.

A seasoned consumer goods executive with more than three decades of international experience, Ayman brings deep expertise in commercial strategy, market expansion, business transformation, and organizational leadership. Throughout his career, he has successfully led high-growth businesses across multiple geographies, delivering sustainable results and building strong market positions.

Prior to joining Mondelēz International, Ayman served as General Manager – Developing & Export Markets, Middle East & Africa at Reckitt. He also held senior leadership positions at Mayar Foods and Al Safi Danone, while spending over 20 years with Procter & Gamble, where he managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Canada, and Nigeria.
