Arvind Sharma elevated to Chief Financial Officer at Acko Life Insurance Limited, after serving as Senior Director – Finance at the company since July 2026. He brings extensive experience across finance, investments, taxation, regulatory compliance and insurance. Before joining Acko, Sharma served as Chief Financial Officer at Navi General Insurance Limited and Navi AMC Limited, where he held leadership responsibilities across insurance and mutual fund businesses.
He has built his career across financial services, with earlier roles at Navi, HDFC ERGO General Insurance, Apollo Munich Health Insurance and R N Marwah & Co. LLP. His experience includes financial management, investments, direct and indirect taxation, internal controls, regulatory compliance, financial systems and transaction integration. At HDFC ERGO, he played a key role during the acquisition of HDFC ERGO Health Insurance, including tax due diligence, data transition, compliance and system integration. In his new role, Sharma will lead the finance function at Acko Life Insurance as the company continues to develop its life insurance business.
