Bhubaneswari Tripathy has been appointed as Associate Director at Knight Frank India, based in Hyderabad. She joins Knight Frank India after an eight-year career with JLL India, where she most recently served as Vice President from February 2025 to August 2026. At JLL, she also held leadership roles including AVP – Transactions Management and Manager – Alternatives Assets, covering sectors such as healthcare, education, hotels, student housing and assisted living. Earlier in her career, she served as Business Development Manager at Practo and Senior Business Analyst at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group), following an early stint with Lodha Group.
With experience spanning real estate, transactions management, alternative assets, business development and strategic analysis, she brings a diverse professional background to her new role at Knight Frank India. Her experience across multiple asset classes and commercial functions positions her to contribute to the company’s real estate advisory and transaction activities in the Hyderabad market.
