Before joining JK Cement, Amit held leadership positions at Bennett Coleman & Co., Bata India Limited, Hero MotoCorp, and Maruti Suzuki India Limited. His career across leading organisations has helped him build strong expertise in manufacturing HR, industrial relations, people management, and organisational development.
His appointment comes at a time when effective people practices and strong employee relations are increasingly important for driving operational excellence across large-scale manufacturing environments.
